Event: Spot Shot Contest

Sponsored by the Boyden Community Club

You CAN register the day of the event.

How many baskets can you make in 2 minutes from 4 different locations? Enter our new Spot Shot Contest and see if you can make more than your friends!  Participants should be present at 1 p.m. at the Basketball Court in Centennial Park. Basketballs will be provided but you may bring your own.  1^st and 2^nd place awarded in each age division. Boys and Girls compete against each other in each age division.

WAIVER & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
(Please read carefully before signing)

By my signature below, and in consideration of the participation in the 2011 Boyden Bash Celebration, I do waive  and release and do absolve the City of  Boyden, the Boyden Park Board, the Boyden Community Club and all individual members thereof, all employees or agents of the City of Boyden, the Park Board and the Boyden Community Club, and any other individual responsible for directing, conducting or otherwise involved in the 2011 Boyden Bash Celebration, from any liability for any cause of action, claim or demand of any nature which might arise in conjunction with the participation in the 2011 Boyden Bash Celebration. It is my/our intention that this waiver apply as well to my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators. Furthermore, I/we do here agree to indemnify and hold harmless the same persons and entities from liability under any cause of action, claim or demand including, but not limited to loss of consortium or loss of support, made by my spouse, children or any other person as a result of, arising out of, or in conjunction with any injury resulting from or in connection with the 2011 Boyden Bash Celebration. This agreement shall also be binding upon my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators.

It is further understood by putting my name in the following form and accepting one or the other option, it will constitute my formal written signature, whether I am an adult, or yet to be of age, the full understanding of this waiver to participate in Boyden Bash events.
